As a consultant at Accenture, I led a UX/UI team for one of the top 10 global (top 3 in the US) financial institutes.
The goal of this massive project was to design and implement backoffice enterprise software to onboard international corporate clients using Pegasystems.
I was reponsible for:
• Strategizing with stakeholders/product teams
• Designing and testing dozens of user flows and user interfaces, as well as the usability testing to validate them
• Integrating multiple systems (of datasets and tools)
• Unifying the entire application with consistent UX/UI design
• Redefining the cross-collaboration process with the technical teams
• Reviewing development work
